Overview
Burch embarked on the journey to offer a new service to its commercial designers and architect partners, offering to serve as a materials library. Designers could now send in their project concepts, mood boards, or general inspiration and the Burch Design Studio will send a curated sample box to their doorstep to match.
Problem Statement
With the abrupt shift from physical to digital in 2020 Burch was looking for quick ways to assist both designers and sales reps with tools to ease the transition. Many designers no longer had access to their physical libraries and sales reps needed ways to communicate information that is typically a very tactile experience.

With the introduction of this new offering from the design team, there were implications that would affect other teams. This had to be considered when building the roll out plan and I made it a key milestone to collaborate with these teams early in the development process to avoid bottlenecks later in the project timeline.
