Overview
Luxilon is the world’s leading manufacturer of performance strings for racquet sports. With a vision to make the sport more sustainable while not compromising performance, Luxilon developed the first 100% recycled string, Luxilon Eco Power.
Problem Statement
A common misconception that sustainable products are inferior, it was important to communicate the technology that went into this sustainable option allowing it to perform the same, if not better, than existing strings.

This Luxilon Eco String marketing campaign came to the creative team with a short and strict timeline tied to the product launch. As the project manager, I successfully led a group of creative teams through a demanding timeline that required the complete creative process, from ideation to execution of a robust campaign involving video, social campaign, print advertisements, and more to occur within 35 days. My focus throughout the process was balancing speed and creativity, managing resources, prioritizing tasks, and proactively identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks before they occurred to meet the deadline without compromising on quality.
An adaptable and agile mindset was essential throughout this project. Given the short timeline, limited resources, and global production, we faced several challenges that required rapid adjustments to project plans. These challenges included coordinating with local product representatives to address shipping delays, reallocating resources to strengthen concepts involving talent, balancing differing stakeholder preferences, and effectively communicating evolving changes to all teams while keeping the project on track.
