One of the primary challenges faced on this project was the allocation of resources in the realms of budget constraints and the creative team’s capacity. Negotiation was a frequent occurrence throughout this project. A roadblock of having two creative productions happening at the same time in different locations required a divide and conquer approach tapping creatives from other teams to lend a hand in bringing this campaign production to life.
The aim for this campaign was to feature 10 ad staff partners and capture all of them within two days, making for a complex production planning process. It was critical that all production participates were communicated with and understood the tight parameters we needed to operate within to pull off this shoot. This planning process required a nimble and precise run of show that was revisited many times but in the end was a proven success.
